Charity Dinner - Friends Of Palestine

Quote: From email received from islamic soc. Some of you might get it, some might not.

Assalamu alaykum wa rahamatu Allah wa barakatuh my dear brothers and
sisters,

The Lancaster University societies of Friends of Palestine, Islamic and
Malaysian, are working together to host the second annual charity
dinner organised in support of the Palestine children and medical care
charities(Medical Aid for Palestinians and Palestine Children's Relief
Fund). The event offers an open buffet, catered by Sanah's Eastern Cuisine
and Mama Mia's. There will be a chance to view pictures of Palestine, the
country, the people and the culture, as well as a picture time line of
all major events in Palestin'es recent history. Video's will be shown
of the children and landscapes, and there will a Palestinian Dabke
demonstration.

Held at the Great Hall,on the 20th February 2006 beginning at 5.00pm.
Tickets sold at £6.50 for adults and £4 for children 12 (under 5 free).

We hope you will support us in this venture, by joining us in an
evening for Palestine, by selling tickets, put up posters, man a ticket stall
(Wk.4 & 5 Alexandra Square) collecting/making donations to the
charities, and promoting the event to friends, colleages and family. Email us
(islamicsoc@lancaster.ac.uk) if you interested to give a hand to any of
the above matters. Looking forward for your kind support.

Jazakallah
ISOC
