Also went for the talk "Islam for All People for All Time" by Alyas Karmani. Very good topic.. it started at 1.30pm (after a very nice lunch.. hehehe... alhamdulillah...). I was only there for the introduction part, got to go to work at 2pm. Does anybody make a recording of the talk??? preferably in digital format.... mp3 or wmv... can I have a copy please??

What I understand ialah nak menonjolkan yg umat Islam nie bukan hanya fikir nak tunjuk perasaan atau yg sedih2 or yg miserable tu hanya kita aje yg muslim. Kita pun manusia biasa juga, di sebalik kesusahan atau misconceptions people pasal Islam, kita masih ada sense of humor, masih boleh laugh at jokes juga, we have dreams and imagination.
Jangan juga misconception yg kita nie dok gelak lak bila ada yg susah. Maknanya Islam tu tidak pada kesusahan, reformasi, tak puas hati yg negatif2 tu la semua. Islam bukan macam yg negative2 tu. Islam itu is a complete way of life, if we really understand and follow (Saya quote kata2 penceramah tghari semalam).
Ok Ijan. Yes, very interesting and terpesona dengan talk ceramah semalam. Well done ISOC. Should have more talk like this from ISOC or Lumss.
