Location: Chorlton,  165 Kingsbrook Road, Manchester, M16 8NR
Type: Ex-monastery , it's a beautiful building with 16 bedrooms, some of the ensuite, a shared kitchen and another chill out room, big gardens to chill out .
Amenities/facilities: walking distance from Wilbraham and Withington Road, I guess there are all kinds of shops etc there. 5-10 mins from Rusholme or city centre.
No of rooms: 16 bedrooms, but we'll be renting out only about 10 for now.
Internet connection: yes.
Rent: 70 pounds for ensuite, 60 for others
Condition (e.g. female only, no smoking?): separated in two sections or arms, one section of the building is for female only accommodation, at the other side of the building we have a few offices. But the building will be separated.
Rent period: no limit.
