Asm,

Dekat Pasir Mas Kelantan macam dekat UK la... sebab malam tiada aktiviti dekat luar, bar tak ada langsung, ada la kedai makan sana-sini... biasa la ada ustaz baca kitab dekat masjid...

Tapi berbeza dengan Kajang, Selangor macam duduk KL...

malam macam siang sibuk je...bar pun banyak..

Assalammualaikum,

Tak de activity luar, doesn't mean that everything happens 'inside' is good.

To be honest, when i was reading the article, realising that an act of writing is a political act itself, the Ustaz makes a lot of sweeping statement. I am not sure how he can draw that conclusion, but if you drive in Lancaster at night, there are a lot of activities going on...and we are talking about a tiny little city like lancaster. One of the main reasons why we (malaysians) don't go out at night is because of safety. We know how badly behaved these people can be when they are drunk.

I think parents should insert their authority. When i was staying at home, we had to be back before twilight so that we could pray maghrib and have dinner together. If parents are trying to be these 'cool and modern' parents, well, who to blame when kids like to go out at night? My dad would have locked us outside if we didn't come back on time.
