Is gathering to recite Ya-Sin Bidaah

Asm,

To those whom very concern about above matter. The imam of the mosque told me that the gathering and reading Ya-sin recitation is bidaah (as usual). As I'm not the scholar but muslim statistician, without doing any further/other judgements please read these links.

Oh Allah please guided us to the correct path.  Please fullfil our soul with the soul of Quran. Fullfil the atmosphere of our home with Quran (everyday).  Give us strength to follow your trully commandments. Please not include us amongts people who are hating and forgetting the Quran and it ayahs. Ameen.

Allah knows the best.

Bakri.

ps:Remember those people mentioned above are for who are able to recite and already learn the Quran correctly. But not for those who are still learning... or sangkut-sangkut bila baca or tajwid kelam-kabut in case salah sebut jadi salah makna. BUT..

the latter people can alway "niah" to learn when reciting.............

RE: Is gathering to recite Ya-Sin Bidaah

Thanks for the info. If anybody else has input from different sources, please share.

Just one thing I'm not clear on when you said......

ps:Remember those people mentioned above are for who are able to recite and already learn the Quran correctly. But not for those who are still learning... or sangkut-sangkut bila baca or tajwid kelam-kabut in case salah sebut jadi salah makna.

Does it mean if my recital is not perfect (ie still learning or sangkut2 bila baca or tajwid kelam-kabut), I'm not allowed to join and recite together with those who are perfect? Or I can join but only allowed to listen?

Asm,

Apologize ... Ijan, I have no appropriate answer for that!!. Learning need gurus. I'm still learning the Quran, more I learn more I don't know (especially I almost forgotten the Arabic language which I learn during my secondary school-compulsary subject and got distinction..)!!! I still find that many things and area of Quran lacks of my knowledge (poor me). I learn and learn Quran from many people, and keep searching within my time for new knowledge about Quran. Here I have only one Quran guru left as another gurus that I have learned already got PhD and left last year. Any feeling when reading Quran? Any body bored when reading Quran? Or never bother to learn Quran. Or never read it since came to Lancaster!!! Or never try to correct at least the Fatihah with someone better than us? Sometimes I'm really afraid to read the Quran because what the Quran said I am not fully obeyed....a lot of things.. But please never give up learning it and read it in your capability hope Allah give you His rewards.

SubhanaAllah Quran really the miracle from Allah swt. Our Prophet sometimes likes to listen from Abu Musa (one of the sahabat who are very good in reciting) recited the Quran. Both whom are reading and listening get the benefit from Allah swt InsyaAllah.

Allah knows best.

Bakri

ish...ish...ish.

you gave some very good links regarding reciting al-quran in a group... at the same time you said that it is only "for who are able to recite and already learn the Quran correctly. But not for those who are still learning... or sangkut-sangkut bila baca or tajwid kelam-kabut in case salah sebut jadi salah makna."

the links says it's ok but you put a condition to that.... aku jadik konpius... so, i just want to clarify..... conclusion nye boleh tak kita baca yaasin beramai2 as practiced before?

Asm, Ijan.

The argument put on hold, please wait until the religous member appointed asking some ustaz in MSD. Ustaz Rahim is a suitable person to give some answers with the dalil I hope. Did anybody observed when any Sultan die how the Qaris read in group simultinously or in group but Qari by Qari read the Quran? Do they just read the Yasin.

Sorry again Ijan I might made a statement on the save side. BUT I MIGHT BE WRONG. Put in mind that I'm only a muslim statistician.

This is the last post for this issue from me. Thank you for reading and hope some of us are looking for some answers.
