I am a Malaysian (malay) female student renting a whole nice fully furnished house in Rusholme, Manchester (3 bedroom, 1 bathroom-shower, kitchen, living room, alarm, street parking, backyard). The house is conveniently located, with all facilities nearby, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, near kebab house, bank, etc. I need 2 more people to fill up the 2 vacant rooms. I am clean, quiet, matured and organized person.

= 1 double room (50pw)
= 1 single room (45pw)

Rent is inclusive of water bill (exclude electricity and gas). Deposit of 1 month rent required.
